NALEEDS HOMESTAY

HOUSEKEEPING. No housekeeping provided. Therefore, guests are required to keep the place reasonably clean as and where it is.

NO OF GUESTS. Maximum no. of guests to occupy the house may up to 10 persons. This is including adults and children.

CAR PARK. One (1) designated covered car park is allocated for each unit of house only. However, there are more open visitor car park available for other vehicles too.

MATTRESS. We do not provide extra mattress. We only provide comforter with some additional costs. Guests are allowed to bring your own comforter for your convenience.

COOKING. Guests MUST open all windows and doors, switch-on exhaust fan while cooking. This will help to airing out smokes and have better ventilation inside the house.

FOODS & DRINKS. It is strongly advisable not to bring/eat any kind of foods & drinks inside the bedrooms.

SMOKING. Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED inside the bedrooms. But, it is still allowable within the hall area, kitchen & corridors.
